Brewed by our lead brewer, JT, this Saison is the fourteenth edition in our Forge Small Batch Staff Series. Featuring Riverbend Pilsner and Red Wheat and a touch of Honey Malt this beer then fermented on fresh ginger, honey, one pound per gallon of fresh pears.
