Ruling with a myriad of malts including Pilsner, Munich II, roasted barley, black barley, chocolate and honey malt this traditional Baltic Porter is hopped with Nugget lending an earthy weight and balance to these dark and roasty malts.

Had on tap. Starless night black with a faint mocha ring. Pretty standard baltic nose: roasted malts, slight smoke, licorice, dark chocolate, dried prune and leather. Taste is much the same, raisin and general earth support. Body though is thin verging on watery, breaks down through the sip, but the booze is well hidden. Nothing special, so bury this one in a sepulcher
