A Belgian blonde brewed using NC grown pilsner and wheat. The addition of candi sugar and a late dosing of Amarillo hops add mildly sweet orchard fruit complexity. This Prayer was then aged on 160 pounds of house-juiced pears and 5 pounds of ginger.

Had on tap. Mostly clear orange body, small white head. Smell is sweet and fruit: candi sugar, blonde malts raise up pear, lemon, and orange with a shot of ginger. Taste has more of a balance but the same elements. Not complex but pleasantly potent. Feel is malty and smooth, sugars don't add up to much which is nice. Late spring or early summer for this fruity easy drinker
