Appearance - pours light yellow with big white fluffy head lost of spotty lacing.

Aroma- Light orange and tangerine, honeydew melon, grapefruit, grain, light floral hops.

Taste - The sweet honeydew comes out big time up front. Mostly juicy orange and tangerine with a light malt backbone. Light straw and grains.

Feel - Light bodied well carbonated very easy drinking.

Overall - A really done session IPA I am really digging the sweet melon flavors and easy drinking nature of this one.

16 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 11/2/2017. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, honeydew melon, strawberry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, honeydew melon, strawberry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, zesty, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, honeydew melon, strawberry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity. robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is a delicious session IPA. All around nice complexity. robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery feeling for the ABV. Nice hop showcase. Nicely juicy feeling hop profile with balanced pale/wheat malts. A very enjoyable offering.

A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of tropical/honeydew melon and strawberry hops over light aromas of slightly sweet grainy malts.

T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly sweet grainy malts. That is followed by moderate flavors of tropical/honeydew melon and light flavors of straw hops. Light to moderate amounts of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp.

O: Very easy to drink, very sessionable, and very enjoyable. One of the better session IPAs available since the mouthfeel is not watery like some others. Definitely worth grabbing, another successful version of Ceremonial.
