Appearance - Pours deep purple color with thin light purple head that dissipates very quickly no lacing.
Aroma - Vinegar, dark fruit mostly plum of course, lactose, very mild brett. There is a very slight sweetness from the plum that plays well with the tartness.
Taste - Up front is tart overly ripe plum flavors along with tart lemon. No funk at all just mostly tart dark fruit, not really getting the sweetness that was in the nose.
Feel - Light bodied well carbonated very dry finish.
Overall - Really well done sour ale the plum comes out well.
