A: The beer is very hazy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down a bit but consistently left a thin head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of passionfruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of orange citrus with a faint amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The use of Simcoe lupulin powder in this IPA delivers a lot of hop aromas and flavors without virtually any of the associated bitterness.
Serving type: can

A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/pineapple, citrus/tangerine, and tropical/melon hops over light aromas of slightly sweet grainy malts.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly sweet grainy malts. That is followed by a moderate flavor of juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/pineapple, citrus/tangerine, and tropical/melon hops. Light to moderate amounts of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp.
O: Very easy to drink, very sessionable, and very enjoyable. One of the better session IPAs available since the mouthfeel is not watery like some others. Definitely worth grabbing, another successful version of Ceremonial.

Appearance - Pours cloudy light yellow color with nice white head that settles to a thin film. Spotty lacing all around the glass.
Aroma - Light melon, pineapple, tangerine mostly sweet tropical fruit. There is also a light floral hops aroma underneath all that light juicy fruit
Taste - Taste is in line with the aroma but the juicy tangerine and mostly sweet melon is more balanced with some grapefruit and bitter orange peel.
Feel - Soft medium bodied quick bite up front with a smooth finish with a touch of dryness.
Overall - I like this version light juicy with a touch of a creamy feel.
