The amalgamation of passionate past and purest present is the twisted reality of a mind lost in a living daydream. This beer was framed from a wandering pathway through vineyards and their terroir, but forged from the simplicity of beer's roots. Made with Pilsner and wheat and fermented with clean German Ale yeast and enzymes to produce a bone dry beer with slight earthiness characteristics, this beer was conditioned to remove yeast before being dry-hopped with heavy doses of Ekuanot, Vic's Secret, and Wakatu and touches of Crystal, Cascade and Calypso, before being carbonated to elevated levels to express more of the crushed citrus and floral qualities of this grog.
