On tap at The Publican. Smells of white wine, Brett, and citrus hops. Tastes of strong hops up front. Oak and wine behind it. Light grain flavor before Brett and a tart wine finish. Long oaky aftertaste. Very dry and light. A remarkable beer. Perhaps there's not quite enough body behind it, but the barrel and hop flavors blend perfectly.
