Attended the Skillet Donut release on 12-28-2018. This was one of the variants they had available on draft.
Look- Dull slightly light black texture. Little head and small lacing down the glass.
Smell- A smoky mix of maple, sage, and lavender with a little coffee.
Taste- A surprising mix of maple and the spices with just enough breakfast thrown in for extra good flavor. One of my two favorites of the release.
Mouthfeel- Little carbonation and a nice sticky finish.
Overall- I hope they add this to their annual release. It was surprisingly good and unique.
