Pours a mostly clear bronze color with lively carbonation that forms a solid white cap of the surface. Aromas of grass, flowers, and woody spice. Bright and hoppy upfront: crisp grass, pepper, lemon. Foudre-Aging is definitely noticeable, but it's not overdone. Lower carbonation than expected, but still pretty snappy making it light and drinkable as expected. I'd love to see more lagers from both breweries!
