Collaboration with Edmund's Oast Brewing Company
Death is waiting for us in our mirrors. Many fear to look. Yet some shall bask in the reality that they too shall meet this well-earned fate. And so we live, today. Made with loads of oats, soaked with Citra hops and then double dry-hopped with this season's hand-selected Cashmere and Comet hops and a final dosing of Cashmere cryo hops. An allied notion of celebrated existence concocted with the gentlemen of Charleston's charcuterie palace, Edmund's Oast Brewing.

L: Hazy pale gold with Rocky white leaving nice lacing.
S: Citrus up front, orange and lemon zest, floral hops.
T: Juicy and citruisy up front. Hops take over in the middle nicely and the finish goes back to citrus zest and a spark of hoppy bitterness.
F: Medium body. Nice carbonation. Finishes fairly dry.
O: Very solid.
