Experimentation from deviation. Along the quest for betterment, you have to throw caution to wind and give killer ideas room to float. We made this new West Coast styled IPA using a craft malt base from our friends at Sugar Creek Malt House and 100% Cryo hops. This freely isolated lupulin oil is a killer opportunity to harness the raw power of green, candy-like hip flavors and dank aromas. Using Citra and Simcoe cryo in the whirlpool, we set a base of bright citrus and finished the beer with Mosaic and Simcoe cryo to forge a resinous, tropically dank nose.
