Its not the ending. Its not the beginning. We may be going in circles. It's a race against our own expectations. And they are gnashing teeth of predatorial powers. A brutality best defined by this brooding stout. Our darkest Imperial Stout yet, this beer was also a test of adjunct utilization, with a double dose of prized French Broad Cocoa Nib and Madagascar and Tahitian Vanilla Beans coating over 12 pounds per barrel of freshly-baked sea-salted pretzels from our friends at Walnut Schoolhouse Bakery. The presentation is nothing short of exactly what we hoped to achieve with salty baked cookie dough, intense milk chocolate and a complex array of marshmallow and creamy vanilla frosting.
