Collaboration with Other Half Brewing Co.
This is an existence of good and evil. The simple and the not so much. There is a balance to all things, kept in check by the blade of demise. This isn't the fire of egos or the blur of vision. Just the cycle of life itself. And this been has had a hell of a cycle. Originally made with our buds at Other Half Brewing almost 2 years ago. Fermented in steel, this beer soured in oak with a blend of house bacteria and brettanomyces for over a year, before being racked back to steel with Motueka hops and then bottled. We allowed bottle conditioning to set in for over 9 months to allow for maximum effervescence and clarification.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
