A Dry-Hopped Pils. These are the adornments of our evolution. European Pilsner malt meets a small dose of Triticale, before a double dry-hop of Vic Secret, Motueka and @segalhopranch High Oil Cascade provide the walloping hop bouquet. Lagered for 5 weeks, this crushable hybrid sends pulses of lime wheels, orange drank, passionfruit soda, and honey nut cereals.

12 oz. bottle. Pours yellow with a little haze. Smells of floral hops and a little citrus. Grain and doughy malts behind it. Tastes of citrus and grassy hops. A little doughy malt before pine and grapefruit bitterness. Bitterness lasts throughout the finish. Medium light. Aggressively hopped. And while I know it says it's a dry hopped pilsner, it still struck me as aggressive. But still good.
