Collaboration with Casita Brewing Company
An unknown void was left to flood the grounds we stood upon. A definition we never fathomed. The reprehensible luster of bewilderment washed upon the shores of these orbiting thoughts. And lost was the best way to be found. A classic Other Coast memoir, painted in the palette of our current movement. Mashed with the finest European barley and brewed with Incognito and Cryo hops. Double dry-hopped with hand-selected Mosaic and Cashmere, doses of Enigma and Riwaka, and a final pinch of Simcoe Cryo.

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden apricot in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate peach + pale orange + bright yellow + medium golden yellow + honey colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a couple of medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of pine + citrus/lemon + citrus/lime + tropical/mango hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + caramel malts with a moderate amount of sugary + caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + caramel malts with a moderate amount of sugary + caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of pine + citrus/lemon + citrus/lime + tropical/mango hops which impart a light amount of lingering bitterness and moderate tropical hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable and definitely a beer that I could enjoyable a few more times.
