An act of conspiring consciousness. The void left by plans not followed. A cavernous space of endless possibility. A collective aspiration devised with our neighbors down the mountain at Eighth State Brewing. Made with a festive overdose of Forestry Camp roasted and salted Southern Pecans, loads of macaroon coconut and a final helping of decadent maple. A big mouthful of coconut pralines, followed by pecan pie covered in maple whipped cream and washed down with salted caramel coconut shake.
