Released 10/21/20; drank 10/30/20 @ the Yarchives.

Black/brown appearance.

A rough pour yielded a big dark tan head; strong lace.

Pecan pie, whipped cream, mild maple & faint cinnamon notes in the nose.

Pecan pie vibes here!

Medium thick mouthfeel.

Pecan pie & mild whipped cream flavors up front; cinnamon & faint maple notes on the finish.

This nailed it in the nose, but the cinnamon comes on too strong at the end of the taste. A near-miss pastry effort that's still enjoyable.
