Notes:
The uncanny spectacle of experimentation returns. After a year of shuttered doors, constant meandering, confusing paradoxes and the inevitable daily "flex adjustment", our experimental hoppy ale program has been given the green light. Once again, our brewery turns to our incredibly talented team to pop the lid off the norm, by utilizing microadjustments to processes or killer new ingredients to test the boundaries of the style we hold most dear. The reins are in the hands of Scott Ciampa, our mixed culture program coordinator, for this new rendition. Made with barley, oats and wheat, we added some additional modified malt and ran attenuation to its most extreme bounds. The beer was dry-hopped utilizing an alternative method that increases the exposure to hop vegetation, while featuring our hand-selected Mosaic, Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops. Handfuls of pineapple candy, lemon lime soda, and peach watermelon fresca.
