Released 8/28/20; drank 9/5/20 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy red/purple appearance.
A violent pour yielded a HUGE eggshell head which quickly dissipated; strong lace.
This smelled like an amaro cocktail; egg-white, lime, black pepper & ginger dominated the nose.
Medium thin, prickly mouthfeel.
Black pepper, lime & ginger flavors; harsh sparkling water notes on the finish.
An interesting concept, but this failed in my opinion; as a beer, it was unpleasant. Not one I'll try again.
