Double India Pale Ale with Honey
For this is a place of sensational sanctity. A cosmic interweaving left for vast introspection. And a space of unimaginable calm. Made with honey, oats, and a small dose of lactose. Double dry-hopped with new harvest, hand-selected Simcoe and Idaho 7 and finished with a sacrament of Amarillo Cryo.

Released 3/31/21; drank 4/13/21.
A rough pour yielded a huge, bright white head; thick, frothy lace.
Orange citrus spritz, honey & dry grass notes in the nose.
Medium thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Honey, orange peel & mild cream flavors up front; dry oat notes on the finish. Booze heat emerged as this warmed.
Pretty balanced, but the booze heat pushed this into the dry category a bit; a good beer I'll return to, but not a stunner.
