16 oz can, poured into a Pilsner tulip , canned May 20, 2021. A clear golden color at first, it has a one finger head that retains well throughout the glass. When pouring the remaining four into the glass, it gets more hazy in appearance. Aroma is citrus, slight malt, and some floral/grainy notes. The taste is right in line, with a little less citrus and some grassy notes to the finish. Mouthfeel is medium, carbonation medium high. Overall, a good dry hopped Pilsner worth trying.

A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall very sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to several medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + herbal + citrus/orange pith hops over the top of moderate aromas of bready + grainy + oat malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of lager yeast.

T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of bready + grainy + oat malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + herbal + citrus/orange pith hops which impart a very light amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly leaving a hint of lingering tropical hops which eventually fade away for a relatively clean finish.

M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a relatively clean finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly crisp mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a decent hop profile though not necessarily one that I will be reaching for again - I would either want a little more crispness or a little more soft/fluffiness to the mouthfeel to really make this one work for me.

16oz can

Pour light yellow, light haze
Hops overwhelm tropical fruit
Taste is the same

Listed as ipl and the can says Pilsner and seems lost in no mans land. Not bitter enough no malt to balance an ipl

And left with a tropical Pilsner . One and down for me
