Notes:
A reflection of the spectrum of mortal perspective. An underlying fascination in an infinitely paradoxical morbidity. Made with oats and wheat, whirlpooled with Incognito, Cryo and pellets. Double dry-hopped with 2020 harvest hand-selected Simcoe and a dab of Simcoe Cryo.

Appearance: Pours a turbid, milky, dingy yellow body with a smallish, white head.
Smell: A blanket of coarse grains like sniffing your way through an OiO bag of flaked oats. Citrusy, tropical with some hints of pine, rosewood.
Taste: Fruity, tropical and citrusy with tastes of pineapple, mango, orange-grapefruit. Even less hints of the woodsy spiciness and pine than were found in the aromatics. Smooth, rustic grains and little, light sweetness. Some encroaching late-breaking bitterness, a little alcohol on the swallow.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. An edge of smoothness about the mouthfeel.
Overall: Not bad.

A: Pours a milky murky pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale yellow + bright yellow + pale orange + peach colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange hops as well as moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit pith + pine hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light to moderate amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light to moderate amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit pith + pine hops and moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving lingering moderate pithy citrus + pine hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Does a great job of bringing together different aspects of citrus hop flavors and aromas with a bit of the pine hop presence as well.

16 oz can, canned 6/1/2021, lured into a tulip glass. Milkshake orange juice color, dense, and a one finger white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is amazing. Orange/grapefruit with a sea salt/hop presence. The flavor is more subdued orange citrus with some papaya/mango tropical notes. The feel is very smooth (probably due to oats and wheat) , carbonation medium low. Overall, a solid offering in the ever crowded hazy IPA oats space. Prostioplasty!!
