The Voyage of the Never ExtinctThe Voyage of the Never Extinct
Notes: There once was a creature named Bill. He took flight over our souls, captivated our imagination, became the mundane, and perished into the depths of monotony. And there it toiled, until the world yearned for a grand resurrection. A revival so vibrant that it paralleled the elevating impression it once offered to us all. Made to fulfill your modern expectations. Double dry-hopped with twice the Mosaic, Galaxy, El Dorado and Columbus Cryo that inhabited its alter ego. A return so well earned.

A: Pours a very hazy, slightly milky bright pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + apricot + peach + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering a little more than 50% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/lemon + tropical/mango + stone fruit/peach + herbal + dank pine/resinous hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + pale + grainy malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy sweetness.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + pale + grainy malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/lemon + tropical/mango + stone fruit/peach + herbal + dank pine/resinous hops which impart a light amount of lingering bitterness as well as some lingering citrus pith hop flavors.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with hints of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly crisp/soft/dry mouthfeel. Love the combination of hops used to bring the citrus + tropical + stone fruit + herbal + dank flavors and aromas.
