Appearance: Pours pitch black with a beige film that fades to a ringlet and a swirl
Smell: Dark chocolate with toasted almond, coconut, vanilla and cinnamon
Taste: Rich chocolate fudge with vanilla, toasted almond and coconut; the cinnamon emerges and builds, adding another element to the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and creamy with low carbonation; some warmth in the gullet
Overall: German chocolate cake, Almond Joy, macaroon and a just a hint of Cinnamon Red Hots...wow!
