A Double India Pale Ale with malted Anson Mills sorghum from Epiphany Craft Malt and sorghum syrup. Triple saturated with Mosaic Incognito and Cryo. Double dry-hopped with hand-selected Mosaic, Simcoe, Cashmere, and Enigma.
