Collaboration with Mountain Culture Beer Co.
The faded image of what once was, what we once knew to be. The gateway to passage, still unapproachably distant. An existence never fully appreciated, never truly acknowledged. Long to the wind. Yet a reminder to better belove the pleasantries that remain, uninhibited still today. The interpretation of electronic signals crossed, never delivering the clarity we probably need. A metaphorical sequence of a worldly relationship these days. Sent with good vibes to our friends in Australia, Mountain Culture Beer Co. Made with wheat and pale barley. Double dry-hopped with hand-selected Riwaka from Eggers Hops, Victorian-grown Vic Secret, and a small charge of new harvest Galaxy

A: Pours a milky murky pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale peach + pale apricot + pale orange + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering approximately 80% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + wheat malts with a very light amount of sugary sweetness. Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/kumquat + tropical/passionfruit hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + wheat malts with a very light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/kumquat + tropical/passionfruit hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which slowly fades away leaving light to moderate lingering citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit hops flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body but a little thin/watery in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and an interesting creamy soft/fluffy + thin/watery mouthfeel. Enjoyable with citrus + tropical hop flavors and aromas - an interesting beer because it has some aspects of an NEIPA but somehow overall seems to fit better as an American IPA.
