Vehement Antipathy for the Unrealistic. An imperial stout with Onyx El Salvador coffee, roasted cashews, cocoa nibs, Tahitian vanilla beans, and lactose. A hand-selected blend of 4 different Imperial Stouts made with abundant oats, candy sugars and a smattering of milk sugar to define a creamy textured stout. We then aged the beer on freshly-roasted Onyx Coffee Lab El Salvador coffee beans, house-roasted cashews, French Broad Chocolate Nicaraguan cocoa nibs and a pile of hand-scraped Tahitian vanilla beans. Expect an onslaught of toasted marshmallow mocha, espresso-dusted caramel pie with nutty crust, and a handful of gooey chocolate nut clusters.
