Notes:
Collaboration with Resident Culture Brewing Co.
And it is here where we no longer seek ease. It is here where our feet step solidly into firm understanding. This space that inhabits the waking moments before our ascent into the stars. Our annual transient journey through existence with Resident Culture. Mashed with Oats and Wheat. As is the way of our sacred congregration, we once again double dry-hopped with a staggering volume of our stellar new crop of Strata, and this time matched it with new harvest hand-selected Motueka, El Dorado, and Citra Cryo. Reprise for the congregation.

A: Pours a milky murky pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale mango yellow + pale yellow + pale orange + apricot + peach colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + tropical/mango + citrus/lime + stone fruit/peach hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light amount of grainy + sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light amount of grainy + sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + tropical/mango + citrus/lime + stone fruit/peach hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving moderate lingering citrus + stone fruit + tropical hop flavors.
M: :Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly stronger than moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very enjoyable creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel with just a touch of hop astringency. Really nice combination of hops in the profile - highlighting the citrus/tropical/stone fruit. I could easily have a few of these.
