16oz canned 6-1-22, opened 7-15-22.
3 finger white head with excellent retention. Yellow-gold body with a slight chill haze to begin. Thick rings of lacing. Lots of green in the nose, lemon, mint, herbal, coconut, and a gritty malt aroma underneath. Lime and woodsy coconut are dominant in the flavor. Haven't been a huge fan of Sabro or Cashmere but the Cashmere here is good and works. Medium body and carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, with a lengthy, hoppy, and ultimately dry finish. Very Good.
