Notes:
Human. Woman. Man. The flesh of being, but not being itself. For self, is the origin of the ego, keeper of the soul, ruminator of the spirit. Peer into the reflection and lean in towards the shadow. Masked beneath the surface and our colorless reflection: the mosaic of our ego, the phantoms of our being, the fragments we cannot shed. We are and will always be. Musings from the mind of our head brewer, Alia Midoun. Made with oats and wheat. Double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Mandarina, Idaho Gem, and Citra + Mosaic Cryo.

A: Pours a milky murky bright pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate straw yellow + pale lemon yellow + pale apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/tangerine + citrus/lime + citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango hops as well as light to moderate aromas of herbal + citrus/lemon zest hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/tangerine + citrus/lime + citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango hops as well as light to moderate flavors of herbal + citrus/lemon zest hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving moderate lingering citrus zest hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly lightly creamy soft/foamy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a pleasant combination of hop flavors and aromas (especially citrus but not the normal sweet grapefruit but more lemon and citrus zest).
