Foggy burnt yellow with a short but dense white head dispersing to a creamy collar.
Prickly, vibrant, and sense-awakening ginger pairs with a little woody funk, both receding to lactic brie before a vanishing swallow. The additional fruit and herb additions are all subtle and deftly measured, coming together in unassuming concert.
The medium body is softly effervescent yet zippy before finishing bone dry.
