New Zealand-Style Pilsner
Evolution is a fickle thing, traveled by night and revealed when least expected. Tend to its garden and watch the bounties grow. As a member of the Bract Brewing Experimental Hops Program, we have been selected to experiment with new hops being bred in New Zealand that are disease resistant, thrive in New Zealand’s unique coastal climate, and exhibit bold flavors and aroma. The hop in this beer, currently named NZH102 seemed destined for dry hopped lager. Brewed with a simple pilsner malt base and hopped in the whirlpool and fermenter with NZH102 we ask you to take a moment and experience the future through the glass and through this find aromas of white peach and white gummy bear all rounded out with delicate lemongrass and warm spices.
