Appearance: Pours like the darkness with a beige film that fased to a ringlet; speckles of lacing
Smell: Licorice and dulce de leche with a honeyed overtone; has a candied character
Taste: Honeyed dulce de leche with licorice, up front; perhaps a candied pumpkin aspect (though that may be the power of suggestion); the back half is very sweet with a candy corn and vanilla highlights; the aftertaste reminds me of Ricola
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and creamy with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: I know I am in the minority when it comes to these sweet pastry stouts but after a couple of ounces I have had my fill
