And still the more and more they drank, their joy did more abound. A modern take on a classic style, this beer is brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cinderlands Beer Co. Made with 2-Row barley and a touch of Pilsner malt. A tropical, citrus and passion fruit forward blend of Cashmere, Simcoe, and Comet zest, generously elevated with a Strata dry hop.

Picked up a 16 oz single at the Blue Door Bottleshop 10-26-22 for $5.75. Canned 07OCT2022; consumed 12-8-22. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured a chilled golden orange with a nice white head.
Nose is citrus forward over hints of pale malts.
Taste is a lighter pale malt base that is nicely complimented by orange, tangerine, and passion fruit. Finishes balanced with a soft touch of citrus rind bitterness; 5/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is soft and smooth which is attributed to the pilsner malts.
Overall a nice easy drinking IPA. Would not call it a WCIPA, but it was tasty nonetheless.

Really nice, subtle west coast ipa. Delicious and balanced.
