Canned on 14 Feb 2023.
A: Hazy pale yellow with 2-finger frothy white head with good retention and solid lacing.
S: Lots of melon, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and pineapple for me with moderate fruity esters.
T: Flavor is excellent and leads with pineapple and lime and then fades to more melon and lemongrass tanginess. A lasting shot of dankness falls in the late-palate. Malt backbone is solid background sweetness. Moderate fruity esters and low bitterness. Alcohol is detectable but not detracting in the finish.
M: Highly drinkable for the 8.3% with medium body and soft finish.
O: Best beer I sampled from Burial this trip so far - exceptional NEIPA.

Picked up a four-pack from the AVL brewpub 2-21-23 for $19.00. Canned 2-14-23; consumed can #1 for review 2-23-23.
Beer poured a hazy golden orange with an okay white head.
Nose is very nice as citrus and tropical notes are very prevalent.
Taste is spot on with a good-sized pale malt base that displays the orange, mango, and passion fruit display as an explosion of flavor with each sip. Finishes with a nice rind bitterness, 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.
Overall another wonderful DIPA from the Burial team!
