A: Pours a crystal clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of fine active visible carbonation streaming quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate honey + brassy + copper + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/orange zest + citrus/grapefruit pith + stone fruit/peach + tropical/mango + pine/resin hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + lightly toasted malts with a hint of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + lightly toasted malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/orange zest + citrus/grapefruit pith + stone fruit/peach + tropical/mango + pine/resin hops which impart a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with moderate amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly light/crisp/dry mouthfeel. Very refreshing and quite enjoyable with that classic West Coast IPA bitterness.

Was given a can by a friend 2-24-23. Canned 2-13-23; consumed 3-26-23.
Beer poured golden orange with a nice white head.
Nose has notes of pine and stone fruit along with light citrus and tropical fruits as it warms.
Taste is true new school west coast ipa; light pale malt body allows hopping to do its thing. Getting a blended flavor profile with a touch of peach, orange, and gooseberry. Finishes with a well played pine and gooseberry bitterness; 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is delightfully light and refreshing.
Overall this is a well made WCIPA. Appreciate the DSSOLVR influence on this one!
