Stretching their imagination for new hop flavor, aroma and bite, Burial Beer lets their creative juices loose with the help from Vic Secret, enigma, Galaxy and Cryo Citra for a juicy, rounded and distinguished IPA.
Brewed in the hazy style, Paracosm of the Grotesque gets going with a pale golden straw appearance and held in a dull pastel density. As the scent of candied fruit, vinous fruit, tropical and citrus roll from the rim, an herbal and bright scent comes calling. As its sweetness of shortcake, dough and cereal bring a malty-sweet upstart, the hops aren't done just yet.
Breaming with a tantalizing array of green and yellow fruits, the suggestion of white grapefruit, under ripened orange and an almost lemony tang set the stage while green papaya, passionfruit, young mango and pineapple show a near sherbet-like impression. With a wrap of honeydew, kiwi and pawpaw, the unique hop medley comes to a close. Trailing into a late palate of green tea, hemp, verbena and cedar, the beer's bite is smooth and balancing.
Medium-full in body, the beer finishes malty-dry and with twinge of lemongrass in a medium-long aftertaste.

From Burial "Double Dry-Hopped using freshly plucked 2022 crop Galaxy, Enigma and Vic Secret Hops and finished with first harvest Columbus Cryo."
From me: The only downside to this beer in my opinion is the color. Looks more like a Hazy than a normal IPA.
