One day we awake to recognize the victories were a death sentence. They lead into a narrow labyrinth. Where the concepts are not invented. They already existed. One mountain climbed will breed views of another. And each day we step over the chain that holds us steady. Made with the minds at The Eighth State Brewing Company. Mashed with barley, oats, and lactose. Whirlpooled extensively with Phantasm-enriched Mega Motueka hops, and double dry-hopped with Motueka, Amarillo, Sabro, and Cashmere. Crispy lime cookies, encapsulate fruit custards, before blending liquifies their character into rewarding tropical frozen slush.

16 oz can packaged 7/15/24, poured into ipa glass, a golden hazy orange with a two inch head that retains for most of the glass. Mild stone fruit and citrus aroma. Taste is right in line, with some blueberry, peach, and orange at the forefront. Soft feel, medium heavy, low carbonation. Overall, a great collaboration worth a go while it’s here.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a thick head that leaves clumpy lacing behind
Smell: Sugar cookie, pineapple and peach with a hint of lime
Taste: Sugar cookie malt underpins the pineapple and peach flavors with a hint of lime emerging, in the middle; the finish is juicy with limited bitterness
Mouthfeel: Medium body and creamy with moderate carbonation
Overall: Sweeter than I prefer but still enjoyable to consume
