So that nothing stays the same. And everything becomes remarkable. The vise we stuck around our skulls. Becomes the trap inside which we must crawl. Triple dry-hopped with new harvest Simcoe, alongside Australian Vic Secret and Eclipse. Beyond the mind of descriptors, and into the curiosity of tangerine dreams, orange passionfruit tiki, and mandarin fruit cups.

27 Mar 2023. Poured into a BA 25th Ann teku — hell yeah!
A: Hazy pale yellow with 1-2 finger white frothy head with decent retention and fine lacing.
S: Aroma is a mix of pineapple, grapefruit, diesel, and lemongrass with more minor notes of musky umami and green melon. Esters are light but fruity.
T: Flavor is not the most cohesive but very intense with pineapple, green melon, papaya, lime, light diesel, herbal lemongrass and a fruitcake-like malt presence. Esters are low and citrusy. Alcohol is there but adds a berry component. Bitterness is low-medium. Aftertaste with slightly sulfuric overripe fruit.
M: Super-drinkable for the 10% ABV with medium body, medium-high carbonation and soft but lightly astringent finish but without hop burn.
O: A pretty impressive effort but I wish the hop flavor was less green melon-herbal and more bright fruit flavors.
