Imperial stout with Tahitian vanilla, macadamia nut, pineapple, Vietnamese cinnamon, maplewood smoked sea salt, and double dipped in cocoa nibs.
Because nothing remains. And everything is free from the jaws of being understood. Maybe its a transcendental space. A place where we are left to wander the world in a sense of genesis. Back from where we first came. A pathway into ourselves. Maybe its just a place to sink into the noise. Make of it what you will. We welcome Eulogy into the Burial family this Fall. And as we start to gather the fragments of its design, we figured its time to start bringing it to life. The arched passageways that adorn our walls harken a great escape. And that is what we hope to do with this beer. Eulogy provides a canvas for more collaboration, so we thought it best to introduce it to the Burial liquid world with a crossover of our favorite house stout, Portal, and our very first imperial stout collaboration, Velvet Magnum, with Other Half. This stout began as a blend of 3 different strong black ales, before aging on toasted macadamia, cured pineapple, cocoa nibs, Tahitian vanilla bean, cinnamon and maple smoked sea salt. Think Hawaiian bakeshop cookies, toasted marshmallow, frosted upside down cake, and Kona tiramisu.
