I didn't expect this to pour clear, though it does fog up a little. The color is a muddled sort of maize under a barely puffy, fairly tall off-white foam head.
While light in body, it has a contrasting fluffiness that keeps it from feeling thin. This pleasant texture doesn't last long, though, as its sharp flavor has a sort of acidic bite to it, like aspirin and citrus. At the same time, it somehow exhibits a faintly musty and pungent quality in the background.
