Collaboration with Altamont Beer Works. Brewed with an irrational amount of Mosaic and Citra, and an echo of Simcoe and CTZ. Double dry hopped with equally heavy doses of Mosaic, Citra, and Cryo

08/28/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a vaguely clear golden with great foam. Aroma is diesel, dank cannabis, and a little dry grapefruit. Flavor is all dry citrus with a little sugar and a little bit of diesel, quite bitter but decently refreshing. I really do like it, it's fruity without being too sugary and having a good bitter kick. Feel is ok, low bodied and easy to drink, but not quite carbed enough.

Born October 9,2024, 16 oz can poured into a Spieglau ipa glass. A slightly hazy orange, with a one finger bubbly head and some small sediment the settles at the bottom of the glass. Aroma of dank, grapefruit, and some stone fruit and sea salt. The taste is right in line, slightly peppery. The feel is light and somewhat sharp, with a medium high amount of carbonation that lowers as the glass warms. . Overall, a good revisit of a west coast style IPA.
