Blend of Barrel-Aged Imperial Dark Ales from Collaborative Brewers
There's a magnetic force to this place we call home. One that far outweighs its humble stature. And draws some incredible humans to work, live, and play amongst its weathered mountains. This energy allures many visitors as well, including some of the finest beer makers we've had the pleasure of hosting. These folks have made unforgettable memories here in AVL. And they want to help us rebuild it. So with their help, we started Manifest Eternity, a fundraising program aimed to raise money for the hurting AVL brewing world. This massive offering is its second chapter. A thoughtful blend of barrel-aged Imperial Stouts, with just a touch of barrel-aged Barleywine. Sourced from our friends and frequent collaborators at Alvarado Street, Highland Park, Green Cheek, Edmund's Oast, and Cellarmaker. Fusing these six barrel programs offers richness and detail that is unmatched. Enjoy waves of bourbon soaked chocolate bundt cake, creme brûlée, and a scoop of old-fashioned vanilla bean ice cream. A portion of the sales of this beer will be donated to the NC Brewers Foundation to help WNC brewers rebuild.

Holy S this is fantastic. Slight coconut, chocolate, and boozy thickness. The viscosity on this is fantastic, mouth coating hugs. Should of bought more than one.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
