The Coronation is a Belgian-Style Tripel with Lemongrass. Hopped with Saaz and Mt Hood, this beer was fermented on Lemongrass from our urban garden and bottle conditioned for over two months on Champagne yeast.

Look - almost clear copper with a bubbly white head and lacing
Smell and taste - Lemony grainy slight Belgian yeast, great for 8 years old!
Feel - medium body and carb
