Black as ink. Very small, dark tan head that disappeared quickly. Nose is sweet. Taste was also very sweet chocolate. Then a bite hits the back of the throat, assumingly from the peppers Soft drinking beer. ABV is not evident initially then warmth builds the chest.

375ml bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours jet black in color with a one-finger foamy dark tan head that reduces to a ring around the glass
S- smells of brownie batter, chocolate fudge, cinnamon, green pepper, and a hint of coconut
T- rich chocolaty brownie batter up front with notes of caramel and toffee. Mid-palate brings out some creamy coconut sweetness, with another wave of brownie batter. The finish brings out the pepper additions, adding a green pepper flavor with just a hint of heat popping through. Lingers of chocolate, coconut cream and pepper
M- medium-heavy body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that turns velvety into a warming finish. The pepper heat sticks around for a while, but not overpowering
