West Coast-Style India Pale Ale (Collaboration with Parleaux Beer Lab & Chief Shaka Zulu)
A tribute to those that clash to keep tradition alive. This legacy has no off days. The beat must go on. Our annual offering to keep Chief Shaka Zulu and his tribe of Mardi Gras Indians parading, jamming, and sustaining one of our greatest cultures. And looking damn good as they do so. Brewed with the good folks at Parleaux Beer Lab. Made with barley and wheat. Made with Incognito and Cryo. Double dry-hopped with Citra Hyperboost, Citra, 1019, and Columbus Cryo

Straw yellow and very clear. Head is bright white, thick and left superb lacing. Nose is fairly weak, slightly pine and citrus. Taste was a huge disappointment. Very light on flavor. Misses all the marks on a true WCIPA, which this is labeled. Hardly any bitterness. Where is the dankness and where is the bitterness??
