Foudre-Aged Spring Bock
A Long time ago is merely amother life. Another figment of imagery we fashioned together for comfort. Or for reminders of fear. So rule the day. Live in the moment with us. My moment is filled with corn, a childhood adoration embedded on my soul by years in the Midwestern story of coming to age. This take on the medium-bodied Bock style is a the mind garble of friends; a collaboration with Sapwood Cellars. Our lager is made of American earth, from Shenandoah barley to Cumberland corn, all malted by our friends at Riverbend. We then hopped it with US Crystal and Hersbrucker and spunded fermentation for natural carbonation. Pull up a chair to honeyed white toast, soft citrus jam, and pale toffees.

It pours gold and clear with a white head. It has very good head retention. It is quite malty. There are some spicy elements with bready. The finish is crisp.
