Imperial stout with macadamia, Thai banana and rum-aged vanilla bean.
The endless gray that follows the storm. Not the scream. But the sigh. Low, dull, patient. It simply exists. And that is its cruelty. This double mashed imperial stout was conditioned on toasted Thai banana and macadamia, sea salt, and rum barrel-aged Madagascar vanilla bean. Enjoy notes of chocolate drizzled banana bread topped in rum buttercream frosting

Tap at Burial - South Slope. Opaque and oil black in color with with a small, brown head of foam. It left sticky lacing. It smelled of rum, chocolate, toffee and vanilla. Subtle banana taste with rich chocolate, toffee and toasted vanilla.
