Picked up a couple of 160z singles from the Burial South Slope Cooler on 5-22-25 for $7.00. Canned on 13 May 2025; consumed can #1 for review 6-9-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured lazy golden orange with a minimal head that dissipated quickly.
Nose is great, just a fruit bowl of hops including tropical and citrus.
Taste follows the nose as the large but light malt base gives me peaches, mango, orange, and papaya. Finishes balanced with a very light pith; 5/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and very soft and smooth.
Overall, a delicious brew! Always fun to have a Burial TIPA once in a while.
